As a Reggio educator, you will:
Facilitate Individual Exploration
Curate a rich environment with carefully selected materials that invite inquiry and encourage each child to explore, discover, and develop a lifelong love of learning at their own pace.
Nurture Creative Expression
Observe and respond to children’s innate interests, providing them with the freedom to follow their curiosity within a thoughtfully prepared environment, fostering a sense of ownership and agency in their learning journey.
Build a Caring Community
Foster a supportive classroom where children learn to collaborate, resolve conflicts peacefully, and respect one another. You’ll create a safe, inclusive space that values each child’s contributions to the community.
